Joyce, co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of Caring Companions

Meet Joyce

A local, family-owned agency you can reach directly

Joyce, OTR, is co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of Caring Companions Home Care and a registered occupational therapist. Her career has centered on helping older adults live safely and fully in their everyday lives.

She earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Dominican University of California, where her graduate research explored how meaningful daily activities promote the physical, social and mental well-being of older adults experiencing memory loss. She completed her advanced clinical fieldwork at Stanford University and is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and the Occupational Therapy Association of California.

That clinical foundation shapes how Caring Companions delivers care: personalized, thoughtful and built around what matters most to each client. Caring Companions provides non-medical care only; we do not provide therapy services.

When you call, you talk to Joyce. She visits your home, gets to know your loved one, and personally matches them with a caregiver who fits their needs and personality.
